DYNAMICS OF THE MAIN BIOCHEMICAL INDICES OF ORAL FLUID IN PATIENTS WITH SIALOSIS ON THE BACKGROUND OF NON-TOXIC GOITER AFTER THE APPLICATION OF THE DEVELOPED METHOD OF TREATMENT

The aim of our study was to study the activity of alpha-amylase, alkaline phosphatase and the amount of total protein in the oral fluid in patients with cialosis on the background of non-toxic goiter in the dynamics of treatment.
Materials and methods of research. We carried out a dental ex-amination and subsequent treatment of 203 patients with cialis aged 25 to 75 years, who were diagnosed on the background of non-toxic goiter. Depending on the method of treatment of sialosis, all patients were divided into 2 groups – the main and the comparison group.
Patients of the first subgroup of the main group were assigned to the complex, composed of preparations of General treatment (the bioregulator, proteolytic enzymes, vitamins) and local treatment of cialis with a solution carbacholine.
Patients of the second subgroup of the main group used a com-plex of the previous subgroup and as a local treatment received ultraphonophoresis with propolis oil in the areas of the parotid salivary glands for 10 sessions.
Research results and their discussion. The results of the deter-mination of alpha-amylase activity of the oral fluid to the stimu-lation of the secretion showed that in all groups of patients with sialosis on the background of non-toxic goiter was a decrease of this enzyme in saliva that speaks about the oppression of the se-cretory function of the salivary glands.
