Abstract

In accordance with the title, the article describes the main clinical risk factors for suppuration of wounds. Systemic risk factors and their possible impact on the wound pro-cess are briefly considered. The clinical characteristics of the injury and the treatment performed according to the anatomical features of the soft tissue injuries of the face are described in detail. Much attention is paid to the risk of complicated course of the wound process in combined injuries of the maxillofacial region. Cases of complicated wound healing process depending on the cause of injury are considered. Mentioned additional drug therapy in pa-tients with non-firearm injuries of soft tissues of face
Purpose of research. To study the main risk factors for complications healing of soft tissue wounds of the maxil-lofacial region, depending on the location and causes of traumatic injury.
