Abstract

In this work, a comparative X-ray analysis of the healing of a bone defect in the lower jaw of rats in the molar re-gion is carried out using various types of biological ma-trices from decellularized amniotic membrane (DAM), decellularized amniotic membrane in combination with growth factors PRP (DAM + PRP) and decellularized amniotic membrane with growth factors PRP and hyalu-ronic acid (DAM + PRP + HA). According to the results of the study, the restoration of the bone tissue defect in a shorter period of time (on day 20, the size of the defect was 1.08 ± 0.03 mm in the third group and 0.70 ± 0.03 mm in the fourth group) occurred in the groups where for closure defect used a bioactive matrix with platelet growth factors. In the group where, in addition to PRP, a gel with hyaluronic acid at a dose of 0.5 ml was also ap-plied to the DAM surface, after 2 months, the X-ray showed complete recovery of both the bone defect and the periodontal fissure and inter-root septa, which makes it possible to recommend the use of this surgical techniques in clinical practice.
