Abstract

Chronic generalized periodontitis occupies one of the leading places in the structure of dental morbidity. Tradi-tional methods of treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases are not always effective enough, as evidenced by the chronic course and periodic exacerbations of the pro-cess in most patients. At the present stage, of interest is the effect of autoplasma components on the optimization of natural regeneration of periodontal tissues, which con-tributes to an increase in local immunity.
Purpose of the study. To study the dynamics of biochemi-cal markers of inflammation of periodontal tissues in the oral fluid of patients with generalized periodontitis during treatment with autoplasma preparations.
In the group of patients using AMC and i-PRF, a lower level of elastase activity was revealed in the long term af-ter the treatment. In the group of patients using AMC af-ter 2 years it was 0.80 ± 0.05 μkat / L, in the i-PRF group 1.20 ± 0.09 μkat /L, which significantly differs from the indicator in the comparison group 1.71 ± 0.10 μkat /L. The minimum content of MDA was noted in the group of patients receiving AMC. Also, reliable data on the de-crease in the MDA content in the long-term after treat-ment were obtained in groups with PRP 0.32 ± 0.02 mmol / L and with i-PRF 0.32 ± 0.02 mmol / L compared to the comparison group 0, 40 ± 0.03 mmol / L (P2 <0.05). In the group that received PPP in the complex of treatment, there was only a tendency towards a decrease in the level of elastase activity and the content of MDA.
Thus, the results obtained showed that the use of autoplasma preparations led to a decrease in inflamma-tion in all studied groups. AMC and i-PRF drugs have the most pronounced anti-inflammatory effects in the oral cavity.
